    Yoga and meditation is beneficial for our body and mind. Many doctors recommmend yoga and spiritual growth for treatment of some diseases. I think in these days many people complain about stress and depression and meditation is the best way to come out of depression and stress. So, I think we should take meditation regularly t o keep our body, mind and soul healthy and fit.
