Anmol, would you consider just sitting and “letting go” of everything a meditation? I was doing so hum meditation, when i felt like just letting go of my mind completely. In a way, you could say i was separate from it for a moment. I would like to continue with this “meditation”, but is it a better idea to stay with so hum? I havent had too much success with so hum…and i’ve been doing it for about 1-2 months, about 4 times a week.
    Thanks, Alex.
