I am glad you are having so much success with your classes. I have just begun to learn Kundalini yoga with a book, and am looking for online sources to help me. I already know some of the poses from other yoga classes, but your class looks like just the thing I am looking for. I practice 45-60 minutes a day, and have already noticed an improvement in my flexibility and mental clarity.

I would like to thank and pray god for your happiness, for all your help to people like me who wanted to start Kundalini Yoga but by not going to any Ashram and do it, as most of the Ashram now a days are like business center and somehow I don’t feel comfortable about it.

I am really happy that I could find out this site. Now I can start Kundalini yoga practice as I wanted. You have made it easy for lot of people like me, specially the guided class like this one.

I have also gone thru with your article when I Met God its really wonderful and inspiring. This is an excellent site very nicely organized.

    Thanks
