Dear Anmol Mehta.
I came to see this video in youtube, and i hav been doing it for 3 days…well i want to continue this to reduce weight. But for how long shud i do these each excercises`? and in how much time can i see results, i mean if am loosing weight. my aim is to loose 8 kilos. can i achieve it through this excerices? does it matter wht i eat and all?

Hi Anmol, I thank you so much for this website that I just came across. I am from Kuwait and we do not have such opportunities for Yoga trainers as in India. Your doing so gr8. I intend to follow these yoga exercises step by step and let you keep posted. But, please tell me how do I download it or this video in youtube.com keeps buffering…taking long. So how do I follow it along with you to start with- you know what i mean. Please let me know dear.

I know many readers download the videos from google video. I went to video.google.com and did a search for “anmolmehta”, below is the URL page. From there I believe you can select the video and then you will get a download link to save it to your computer.
