Laughter Yoga Rocks

Health Benefits of Laughter Yoga

My 2 little boys, and all the other children in the family have a favorite uncle who is a yoga master, but not a yoga master in the traditional sense of the word.  You see this uncle is a master of Laughter Yoga, so you can just imagine the fun the kids have when he comes visiting.  Forget the kids, we all dearly Laughter Uncle, as his presence means it’s time to loosen up, open up, lighten up and see just how loud and free you can laugh.  Oh yes, by the way, he does have a name besides Laughter Uncle and that is Arya Pathria.

Best YouTube Meditation Channel

Yoga Meditation YouTube Videos

As you may have noticed, the yoga and meditation videos that accompany the articles here on Master of Meditation and Yoga are hosted from my YouTube Yoga channel and embedded here.  As I explained in the article, My Top YouTube Yoga Videos, I initially starting using YouTube as simply a repository for my videos and was not looking to build my YouTube channel there specifically.  Little did I know then that the number 2 search engine after Lord Google, was not Yahoo or Bing, but was actually YouTube.  So over time the channel has grown quietly and with the recent Google updates, I noticed it has leapfrogged this site and blog as well in terms of Authority and Popularity!

The most important aspect of yoga and meditation is TO DO IT .  Unless you get down to real practice, you are not going to enjoy the great many benefits that these profound sciences bestow.  One of the popular articles on the website is the Golden Rule to Stop Excuses and Start Meditation, which says don’t try to be perfect, instead if you can do something even at 70% just go ahead and start it.  Once you begin, things will start to take care of themselves.

Ways to Get High Without Drugs | Are Drugs Good or Bad?

How to Get High Naturally

Best Way to Get High Without Drugs

Drugs, especially psychedelics and hallucinogens, are again getting a great deal of attention from the scientific medical community for producing "High States" (enlightenment experiences) similar to those experienced during meditation.  The experience of these states is then profoundly transforming the lives of the subjects and participants.  I have seen again and again, the experience of higher states of consciousness achieved spontaneously or during meditation, be the catalyst for changing the lives of those lucky enough to have them.  The primary reason behind this change is that such experiences make them aware of the True Non-dual Singular Nature of Reality and thus, propel them on the path of spirituality and love.

Yoga Exercise for Toning Shoulder

Simple Shoulder Workout

If you have attended a Kundalini Yoga class, you know there is going to be that phase when it’s time to do shoulder exercises and it’s going to test your pain threshold, at least just a little bit .  Being quite an obsessive personality myself, I remember spending a lot of time out of class simply testing my willpower by seeing how long I could hold my arms up, etc.  This was to better prepare me for completing the shoulder exercises during class.  There are a lot of excellent sets to work on your shoulders in Kundalini Yoga, but today I am going to give you just one simple shoulder exercise which will prepare you nicely for these sets that I plan to upload in the near future.
