Hi Anmol,
Your website is a wonderful resource and I am so glad I came across it. I am going to start your set of yoga and breathing exercises for weight loss and hopefully will get positive outcome of it. I have been working out( cardio + weights) since last 7 years but have not seen any results in the last 2 years. So am trying this approach after my pregnancy. Do you think your given set of exercises will help someone who has been used to harder set of exercises ?
Also, could you point out yoga exercises that can help someone with High BP ?
