It has been some time since we ran a survey here on Mastery of Meditation and Yoga and since it is always valuable to learn from each other, I thought it was time to run another interesting survey today. These surveys not just allow us to discuss important aspects of yoga and meditation practice, but they give us insight into the real practices of our fellow yogis and meditators, and allow us to understand real life challenges we all face on the path to Enlightenment.

Top 2010 New Year’s Resolutions

Here the results of the Top New Year’s Resolutions for 2010 Survey.  Also posted below are the results from the same survey taken in 2009.  The results are quite similar, with "Spiritual, Yoga and Meditation Practice" holding the #1 spot and getting even more votes and also "Service, Help Others" gaining some steam.  Nice trends.  I think we will hit 100% for "Spiritual, Yoga and Meditation" in 2012 .

Survey: Any Real Psychic People Out There?

The recent article, 4 Free Tools for Developing Psychic Powers, created quite a buzz and in reflecting on this topic I wondered how many real psychics are actually out there.  So I thought what better way to find out than to create a Survey and get that answer directly from you all. So for this week’s survey I would like to know how many of you have encountered real psychic or paranormal phenomenon personally, as in within yourself.  In other words, are any of you real psychics?

Specifically, for this survey I would like to know if you feel you have psychic powers and abilities, or feel you have at any time experienced what would be categorized as a psychic event. This would include any real paranormal phenomenon.
