Dear Anmol,
I need to tell you something about myself & want to have few suggestions from you. I am 30 years old & suffering from Sinusitis from the last 15 to 20 years & it is so severe that even after performing yoga everyday, every morning, I feel dizzy, lazy & sneeze. Only after performing yoga, I feel normal. It has been almost 3 months, since I started doing yoga. I also joined a yoga center & took some medication along with performing yoga. However, there has been no good results. I was also taught how to perform Kunjal kriya, which I am following from the last three months. However, this kriya helps only after I have done it, which lasts for a day & the next day I have to cough & sneeze a lot. I was also told about the swara yoga, which when tested it results in the left nostril dominates. Is this a big reason of the sinusitis problem or overall health problem?
Could you please explain me how can I be fine & which exercises are beneficial for me? I have watched most of your videos & perform them every morning. However, as I told you above, these exercises help me keeping in good health for a day.
Due to this I am not able to devote my time to work & a lot of negative thoughts are there in my mind.
I would be thankful if you can explain me my problem & teach me some yoga exercises for the permanent cure.

Thank- you so much for the lovely videos- writing you from Israel…I have been doing yoga and meditation for years now but not very intensively. I am very interested in using the Kundalini and pranayama approach for weight loss as you described (I also have mild ashtma)….wondering how to integrate the breath of fire, kapalabahti and the exercises you have shown in the video- should they come before or after or not- at all?

My teenage daughters are facing neck and shoulder ache due to several hours of study time. Elder daughter is over weight and due to oversize she pulls her shoulders together. Her neck has a slight hump and doctors have recommended some neck exercise which did not do good. She pulls her shoulders together in front in a “C” shape subconsiously unaware and complaints daily of neck pain. Younger daughter is normal weight but she too complaints of neck and shoulder pain. Please help.

Ringing in the ears is usually a Vata disorder. Trying doing the exercise without the breathing portions and see if this still happens. Let us know.

Doing the cat-cow, Core Abdominal work for the navel chakra and the 1 Minute supreme breath will all help overcome fear.

I suffer from mild eczema and dry, unhealthy looking skin. What are some yoga/meditation/other techniques for good and healthy skin – to treat the eczema itself, and to have healthy skin in general?

I have been doing basic yoga for at least one year. Sadly on and off due to staying at work late(and frequent visitors).
I would like to know more about the pulse I feel just below my navel. I have read it on your website that it relates to fear. How do I let go of that fear?? I do have couple, death and ageing.Ageing because I know i have not achieve much in life….something seems to be missing. I feel incomplete. But I do have this urge to help unfortunate ones in poor countries.

Hello Dear Sir,
I Need your help seriously, i was practicing some asanas,
but i tried to do full lotus overstraining and just damage, um,
i’m not sure but i think is a tendon or muscle located at the
lower back to the left, i’ve also got an injure in my hand, in the joint between the arm and the hand, now some kind of a ball has formed in this part, i can’t apply the pressure i used to apply when i press my hand against something,and 6 or 8 months have past sincethen and those parts always hurt when i get down i feel like
an acute pain, so i kindly ask you to give some kind of a
treatment for them, and i don’t to be impertinent but, don’t tell me to look for a teacher or something because there’s no teachers around who can help me ease my injure, but just know one thing: i’m not backing off just bacause of these stupid injures, i want to do yoga, i really want to, even if i’m not doing it right now, i will do ti with extreme caution from now on.
