    Wow. I am so impressed with this site. I thank you for sharing this wealth of information, for free, with the public. I am somewhat of a beginner in my yoga journey and was looking for a site to help me with meditation, mantras, and Kundalini yoga exercises (I took my first Kundalini class last night). I am going to be moving away from my yoga school and will not have access to instruction over the summer. I was so worried about losing the motivation to continue with my practice, but now that I have found your site I feel I have the tools to go on. Thank you so very much. You are doing amazing work.

    HI Anmol,
    I thank you for sharig all these information. I am currently in Iraq- in a stressful deployment- learning different kinds of breathing has helped me to clear my mind, and have an easier time here. So thanks again, Sasha
