    I live in a small town in India. I am meditating for the past few years. I wished to add Yoga to my routine. It took me few hours to read the instructions and watch videos from Pranayama e-book. On day 1 I did all the 9 Pranayama exercises 1-2 minutes each. The result:I felt surrounded by peace ,beauty and joy. I waked up with high energy levels next morning. The instructions are precise and wonderful. Thank you for sharing this valuable information with us.

    hi Anmol

    Thanks so much for the free information. i have been meaning to start yoga and some meditation but find it hard to incorporate these in the hectic lifestyle of work and travel. I have suffered from several attempts to starting at yoga and then not following it up regularly, please advise a regimen that I can follow and one that will have significant effect as well.
    Much appreciated.

    hi Anmol. i am from India and i have recently found your website on the net. thanks a lot for all the good work done by you. i want to tell you that i am 40 years old and totally out of shape. i have started to do some of the exercises so that i can slim down a bit and have more energy. i know that i will succed as i have really found some of the exercises that you have taught very easy to remember. thanks once again

    Hi Anu,

    Just start with some simple breathing exercises. Once that gets you going, we can move ahead from there. Try Kapalbhati Pranayama and Anuloma Viloma Pranayama. The combination should give you energy, peace of mind and start you on the path to weight loss as well.

    I am a mother of a 1 year old. Before delivery I was working. Now i have gained 12- 14 kgs, stay at home have no family support and no time to exercise. I am always tired. Please tell me what will benefit me with peace of mind and renewed energy. Thanks in Advance.

    Hi Siddhartha,

    Kundalini Yoga is just a different form of Yoga which tends to incorporate more movement than other forms of yoga. Many of the poses and techniques are the same as Hatha Yoga, which is the more traditional approach.

    Look at the following 2 e-books and you will get a good idea about what each type of yoga offers.

    I have been seeing in the Tv, websits regarding different types of yoga forms and am confused what to follow and how to start. is kundalini yoga an advanced form of yoga. can you guide me where to start from as i am very much interested in yoga and meditation.
