‘Yoga chitta vritti nirodaha’ this is what pathanjali defines yoga as. Yoga means union. Union with supreme consciousness.. If a person does all sorts of physical yoga posters and leaves his body after living 100 years.. What’s the use of it??? Even banyan tree lives longer than us. What’s the use.. Yoga should be for god. Not just for physical heath but for spiritual heath..

    What is yoga NOT?

Yoga is NOT about doing that perfect pose. There is no perfect pose. The only pose that is perfect is the one that feels right to you. And the one that feels right to you comes with regular practice, when you get to discover your body and learn how to listen to it. It’s an amazing feeling not only to be in control of your own body, but most importantly, to be aware of it.
