About Anmol Mehta & the Mastery of Meditation, Yoga & Zen

My journey into the heart of consciousness began at the age of 18. Now, at 58 years old, with 40 years of dedicated practice and nearly two decades of sharing wisdom through this platform, my mission remains the same: to provide you with the spiritual technologies needed to reach your maximum potential in life.

This website is the product of that lifelong passion. These sciences helped me see the True Non-Dual Nature of Reality during a period of intense enlightenment experiences in my early twenties. Since then, I have worked to bridge deep spiritual insights with practical living. My personal practice remains centered on the teachings of J. Krishnamurti, focusing on the comprehension of thought through direct perception.

A Global Legacy of Teaching

Mastery of Meditation and Yoga is now a global community. I have had the distinct honor of certifying over 3,000 Yoga and Meditation teachers through my professional training programs, ensuring these ancient sciences continue to thrive in their purest form.

On this site, you will find a wide range of free resources already utilized by millions of seekers:

Creator and Founder of the Game of Enlightenment: A next-generation transformative platform that gamifies the path to self-mastery using my 40 years of research and practice.

For those interested in pursuing teacher’s training with me, are welcome to explore the Yoga Teacher’s Training or Meditation Teacher’s Training Programs.

I welcome you to this humble website and invite you to travel with me on your journey back to Infinity. Feel free to ask questions, join our discussions, or simply enjoy the wisdom in silence.

What a wonderful online community, thanks to you Anmol. I am very inspired and proud to say I plan to do the meditation teacher training over winter. When friends say ‘yes but whats his lineage?’, what should I say? I can say I need only trust you as I do from the months I have followed this site, but is there anything further I might add?? Deepest Regards, Heidi
