    Am a young mother ,32 yrs, of a 2 yrs old little girl …(my first baby )
    It’s been one month and a half month since i’ve stopped breastfeeding my baby…
    I put on 17 kgs in excess since my pregnancy …

    And it’s one and a half month , since i’ve been exercising … kundalini yoga exercises … :kundalini yoga exercises for rapid weight loss .

    in fact am doing a lot of exercises almost 2 hours of kundalini yoga exercises everyday since 15 days .. they are:

    12.Excellent kundalini yoga exercises to improve flexibility,digestion & reproduction

    Well , i am and always been a regular person (am talking about menses)

    but am now 2 weeks delayed and i have done four pregnancy tests so far and all are negative …

    I even went to do an echo and the doctor saw a small cyst on my right ovary… that’s why i’ve been adding kundalini yoga exercises on reproductive health in my sets since two weeks…. hoping it’ll dissolve the cyst … .

    i wanted to know

    1.Whether all these exercises can retard my period ?

    2.can the same exercise dissolve the small cyst?

    3. is it possible that i am pregnat you think ??!!

    4.Can i do all these exercises being pregnant, is it safe ???

    5. How many kgs am i expected to lose during a month ??

    6. Please at the end of your kundalini exercises can u include a note whether the exercise is pregnancy safe – if yes, which semester ??

    Please include some pre-natal exercises on your site ……

    In fact my main goal is to shed off these 17excess kgs and also to get rid of the cyst ….

    P.s : Please note that i was not really an athletic person before .. and that i have been breastfeeding my baby up to two years and 2 months …

    Am waiting to hear from you soon ….

    Great site. I am beginning the meditation. How often should we meditate, Is it safe more than once a day?
    My first meditation, I found my self very sleepy 5 minutes into it. I laid down and slept for an hour. is this normal?

    The material are great and in my opinion it’s worth every penny! When I was talking to Mr. Mohta you could tell he is really passionate about his work. I appreciated that. The only issue I had through the whole process is I can’t get in contact with the teacher now to get my grade. Help!
