    I used to practice Hatha yoga and I stopped for almost 8 years on and off . I suffer from inner thigh pain and it does not help to practice . i would like to practice it once again and enjoy it with no pain .

    I have been practicing Hatha yoga for decades. I also have experienced Reiki and Cranial-sacral therapy and am very attuned to energy. I am beginning these lessons to increase my health and vitality and to further my spiritual journey. Namaste
