🧠 A Personal Note on This Practice
One of my favorite gifts is that of a Sri Ganesh status that sits prominently on my desk.
Whenever I am facing challenging problems that are proving to be difficult to crack, I look over at the statue and immediately know that everything will work out, it will be ok. I place the problems in the lap of the Universe and put my best step forward. If you also adopt this fearless attitude you will find the Universe helping silently, removing your obstacles. That is the essence of this mantra.
There mindset creates a shift in:
- clarity
- steadiness
- inner confidence
And from that place, what once felt like an obstacle begins to dissolve or no longer carries the same weight.
👉 In this way, the mantra does not always change the situation—it changes how we meet it.

🙏 The Power of Prayer & Mantra (What Science Suggests)
While prayer and mantra are ancient spiritual practices, modern research is beginning to support many of their benefits.
Studies in psychology and health sciences suggest that practices like prayer and mantra chanting can:
- reduce stress and anxiety

These effects are believed to arise from:
- repetition of sound (as in mantra)

At the same time, science acknowledges that the deeper spiritual effects of prayer are more difficult to measure and may vary from person to person.
👉 What is clear, however, is this:
Regular practice—whether approached spiritually or practically—can have a meaningful and measurable impact on both mind and body.
