Welcome to the Free Online Yoga & Meditation Classes here on Mastery of Meditation & Yoga.  Since the Introduction to Kundalini Yoga & Meditation Class was launched in 2007, many new classes have been added and will continue to be added in the future, and thousands of students have taken and benefited from these classes.  You can read their inspiring testimonials in the comments section below or here on the Testimonials page. 

Below you will find all the details you need in order to participate in these classes. Also, the video above gives you a good overview of the classes as well.

Details for the Free Online Guided Meditation and Kundalini Yoga Classes…

  • Going forward many different classes will be offered, each focusing on a particular dimension of your being.
  • You may JOIN & START any class at any time, as I realize it is best to start when inspiration strikes.
  • To register just leave a comment in the comment section of the “Syllabus and Feedback Post” of that particular class, the comment section of this post or email me at anmol@anmolmehta.com.  This is the only way I can gauge interest so please do let me know if you are participating.
  • As before, all questions/issues/feedback will be addressed in the comments section of the “Syllabus and Feedback Post” of a particular class, or you can email me if you prefer.
  • All course material, as before, will be published on the website.
  • Do the best you can, it is more important to start and do something, than try to be perfect and not do anything at all.
  • The purpose of the classes is to help you establish or deepen your daily meditation and yoga practice and help you achieve your highest potential.  I hope you take advantage of this opportunity to learn the wonderful arts or meditation, yoga and pranayama (breath control).
  • If there is a particular aspect of yourself you would like to work on, please let me know and I work towards designing a class for that or point you towards material already available which will help.  I wish you all the best and hope the class is a wonderful experience for each of you.

    Kitty,

    The following weight loss sets will help.

    You can start with the Gentle Weight Loss program and then move on to the Vigorous Weight loss program, once you are comfortable with the asanas and gain some strength.

    If you are new to yoga, I would strongly recommend that you read the Yoga Guidelines before beginning any program.

    i am 23 yrs old witha height of 5.3 and weight of 80 kgs. though i am broad built.so dont look quite fat ( my fatness is hereditary) but please provide me some tips.i am a hardcore veggie.. dont eat junk and all.. but stay in a hostel, so food control not in my hands. please tel me how to go about weight loss which wil show results fast.

    Hi,

    I am Reena from India not unkown to yoga but I have not done it for a very long time. I have severe lower back and shoulder pain due to long working hours on the computer . I have a bad case of varicose veins too in my legs and specially my feet. I would be most obliged if you could let me know some yoga execises to relieve my pain.

    Hi, I must admit that i have completed most of the courses up untill now, andhave not always posted a comment o it. In any cayse I have bee enjoying all classes and their impact. Thank you!

    I have another question for you..
    As I live in an area with no Kundalini yoga practise around I would like to attend a retreat or intensive course to practice in reality, either Thailand, India or uk. There seem to be so many options out there, do you have any suggestions?

    Your website is a treasure chest – Truly !!
    I have a suggestion to improve this though

    In the current state of society, there are many things that one looks for when turning towards Meditation and Yoga. It is just not one requirement – it could be for a combination of many – Weight Loss, Peace and Tranquility, Spirituality etc., etc.,
    There are so many links that one tends to jump from one to another and thereby causing us to go all over the place instead of following a disciplined path towards mastery of meditation and yoga.

    Without knowing the basics, it may not be advisable for people to go into advanced concepts – it may only prove detrimental ?

    Hence would it be possible to create a streamlined path ie., they should be able to login and then go through each step stage by stage rather than allowing them to go all over the place ?

    For people who want to return to refer, maybe you can create an open policy whereby they can login and just refer material / videos ?

    Not sure about the amount of work required for this. You are already offering free what others make as a business.

    But just thought of suggesting anyway !

    Keep up the good work regardless of what I have suggested

    I came across your you- tube videos and found them very simplified encouraging and helpful. I have question for women over 50 who is struggling with menopause is there any yoga and meditation techniques that will help to slowly bring it to end the process.

    You are on the right track !! The weight Loss programs (Gentle Program to begin with and the Vigorous Program once you are comfortable) are a safe and optimal way to lose weight.

    Once you have achieved your desired weight you can incorporate these exercises into your daily routine to maintain a healthy weight.
