Welcome to the Free Online Yoga & Meditation Classes here on Mastery of Meditation & Yoga.  Since the Introduction to Kundalini Yoga & Meditation Class was launched in 2007, many new classes have been added and will continue to be added in the future, and thousands of students have taken and benefited from these classes.  You can read their inspiring testimonials in the comments section below or here on the Testimonials page. 

Below you will find all the details you need in order to participate in these classes. Also, the video above gives you a good overview of the classes as well.

Details for the Free Online Guided Meditation and Kundalini Yoga Classes…

  • Going forward many different classes will be offered, each focusing on a particular dimension of your being.
  • You may JOIN & START any class at any time, as I realize it is best to start when inspiration strikes.
  • To register just leave a comment in the comment section of the “Syllabus and Feedback Post” of that particular class, the comment section of this post or email me at anmol@anmolmehta.com.  This is the only way I can gauge interest so please do let me know if you are participating.
  • As before, all questions/issues/feedback will be addressed in the comments section of the “Syllabus and Feedback Post” of a particular class, or you can email me if you prefer.
  • All course material, as before, will be published on the website.
  • Do the best you can, it is more important to start and do something, than try to be perfect and not do anything at all.
  • The purpose of the classes is to help you establish or deepen your daily meditation and yoga practice and help you achieve your highest potential.  I hope you take advantage of this opportunity to learn the wonderful arts or meditation, yoga and pranayama (breath control).
  • If there is a particular aspect of yourself you would like to work on, please let me know and I work towards designing a class for that or point you towards material already available which will help.  I wish you all the best and hope the class is a wonderful experience for each of you.

    Dear Ms. Mehta: I’m VERY EXCITED about this Kundalini course along with the meditation and beginner’s exercises — most effective. My 3rd eye finally opened up around 5:00 this morning! What a trip! Like everything was right on my face! Anyway, I want to thank you but still having problems with my nose as it was broken in the past and now it’s hurting now alot (as if it got broken again). I wonder if the Breath of Fire is too much for me or if it’s trying to “heal” itself? (or unbreak itself, so to speak). I never went to a doctor to have it rebroken, you see. Thank you for ANY reply and thanks so much for the music! This is when I could see EVERYTHING right in front of me with my eyes closed! WONDERFUL! (and thank the artist) and whoever let us use it! God Bless you and yours! Karen. p.s. That 14 year-old is really amazing — talking about advanced at his age! Whew!

    Dear Sir ,
    I am Samir Karki , age 14 , from Nepal . A student , who goes study from 7 am to 4 pmI am not a begginer though but I have practised meditations like vipassana and smiling buddha by my self , using help from books and the internet . I don’t know where my path leads to go . I am very very intrested in opening third eye and spiritual enlightment . Sir , by your qualifications , I believe that you can change my life by just lighting the flame and leading me to the path of self realization . This is what I am asking .

    1 . Set of Exercises that suits me best ( a student , age 14 , highly highly intrested in opening chakras ( specially ajna chakra ) and spiritual enlightment )

    hello mr anmol, i m bhavna n staying in bangkok, i go thro lots of mental stress and my energy level is also decreasing.i use to pratice yoga before but could not maintain it reguraly , as very much busy with office work n kids.
    i have become dull in life and nothing interests me much.
    i m 36 years old with 2 kids 9 n 8 yearsold .
    really want to feel better , energertic n want njoy every moment of life without any worries.
    which level should i start with , please suggest.

    hello mr anmol i want to ask u that as of now iam suffering from nanbhi not in its correct position.. so ist it ok if i do these pranayam .. is this dislocation of nabhi going to hamper my practise or should i wait till such time this nabhi of mine comes back in centre
