Your site is the best site for beginners doing Pranayama. But u hav mentioned that early morning is the best time to do. Inspite of my several attempts I am unable to go to bed early or get up from bed early. Pleeeeeeeeese help to over come this habit and how can I get up early and do pranayama in the early morning time
OMG! It seems like I’ve got what I was looking for. I’m obese and want to reduce at least 40 kg. through healthy eating and yoga as it doesn’t have side effects and also I hope it will cure my depression and anxiety as well. Any recommendations from your side for me? I hope to follow your kundali yoga to loose wait and stay healthy and fit. Bhakti: I respectfully suggest you take your time and view the videos and read Anmol’s information. He provides such clear and particularly wise guidance we are blessed to have access to it. THere is already so much out there on internet, and it not always comes with such good recommendations as you will find here. Here we are guided by him, you can pay for a Kundalini yoga lesson somewhere and might not have as good instructions…Read his insights, view the way he teaches us and you (I hope) should realize he is a true master… there are not many around…

Wonderful that you’re trying to introduce public to the Kundalini Yoga.
But not understanding nuts and bolts of how human systems functions and teaching something so powerful and potent to just about anybody w/ an internet access is irresponsible. This is not something you pick form a book or a video, it has to be transmitted in a certain way.
If anyone is truly interested in learning this powerful technique, you should seek a true master.

I have seen many videos online and I must say that ur videos are very useful and best out of them . It gives encouragement as well. I am planning to start yoga for weight loos at home. I had delivered a baby , who is now 1 year old.I want to reduce from my stomach. Please help me with that.
