Yes you can do Kapalbhati, but as your intuition is suggesting, do it gently (half power or so).
To really help your high BP, do Anuloma Viloma Pranayama.

Is Kapalbhati safe for people with High BP? I am 31 years old and suffering from High BP. I find Kapalbhati very convenient to perform however, I refrain myself from doing it due to my BP problem. Can I do it mildly?

Questions Regarding Use of Honey:
Ayurveda does not recommend directly heating honey or using it for cooking. When using it above, mixed with water, the water temperature should be drinkable and that is a good guideline to use with regard to how hot not to make the drink (for burning fat).

with due regards to all what you have written above. i want to tell you something that don’t you think, honey with hot water acts like a poison? i mean as far as i know, it acts like that only. i would please like you to confirm your point 5…
ensure that the honey you use is organic. the only thing I could think off that may cause honey to become toxic is if it is not organic, meaning the flowers that the bees gathered the honey from are treated with artifical fertilizers and other chemicals (and the world is wondering why there is a problem with the dwindling population of bees) or some other sweetener filler is added to it.
other non-organic honey brands also add fillers like maple syrup and/or sugar, or dilluted with other fluids.
make sure it’s pure organic honey and you’ll be ok.
that’s the first time I’ve heard of that. I’ve been using honey in hot drinks (tea for the most part) for decades and it hasn’t killed me yet. :)
I know “weight-loss” is what everybody wants, but for me, i’m a bit underweight. I’m almost 16, and i weigh 110 pounds, and i’m 5’7. My diet (seems) pretty good, i dont drink pop, eat gum, fastfood, and rarely do i have junk food. Any suggestions on how to gain weight?

In regards to #5 ( hot water with honey ), is it not warm water because I was always told that honey in hot liquid is like poison or at least very toxic?
