Welcome to the Free Online Yoga & Meditation Classes here on Mastery of Meditation & Yoga. Since the Introduction to Kundalini Yoga & Meditation Class was launched in 2007, many new classes have been added and will continue to be added in the future, and thousands of students have taken and benefited from these classes. You can read their inspiring testimonials in the comments section below or here on the Testimonials page.
Below you will find all the details you need in order to participate in these classes. Also, the video above gives you a good overview of the classes as well.

Details for the Free Online Guided Meditation and Kundalini Yoga Classes…
- Going forward many different classes will be offered, each focusing on a particular dimension of your being.
- You may JOIN & START any class at any time, as I realize it is best to start when inspiration strikes.
- To register just leave a comment in the comment section of the “Syllabus and Feedback Post” of that particular class, the comment section of this post or email me at anmol@anmolmehta.com. This is the only way I can gauge interest so please do let me know if you are participating.
- As before, all questions/issues/feedback will be addressed in the comments section of the “Syllabus and Feedback Post” of a particular class, or you can email me if you prefer.
- All course material, as before, will be published on the website.
- Do the best you can, it is more important to start and do something, than try to be perfect and not do anything at all.
- The purpose of the classes is to help you establish or deepen your daily meditation and yoga practice and help you achieve your highest potential. I hope you take advantage of this opportunity to learn the wonderful arts or meditation, yoga and pranayama (breath control).

i am a 21 year old, who is keen to learn yoga but has had no prior experience before. i am not able to afford classes outside, hence i resort to online videos.. so far, i find that this website offers the best collection of yoga videos.
i am looking at yoga exercises that can help with anger management as well as weight loss. i have a very quick and bad temper, and end up hurting the people around me. i wish to change however it has proven to be really difficult.. i hope that yoga will be able to help with that. so thank you for making this site available!

I’ve been researching and implementing yoga and meditation now over the last two months and would like something a little more guided. It’s been so long that i was considering joining Gym to get physical strength & improve personality. But somewhere internally i was not convinced with myself going to Gym as we should not stop once started going to Gym. So My alternative was to start working on Yoga.
Today have started doing some basic Asanas and after completing tried Googling for some more information on Yoga and Guess what…ending up browsing your WebSite which is damn Good & very useful.

Dear Anmol,
I always felt like i was in touch with something i couldnt completely understand. I awake in the morns feeling energy from all around like silk sheets draping and swirling my skin. And I myself feel like im a running faucet that cant be turned off. In which i think draws in many negative sources which draws my energy out like a hummingbird.which kinda leaves me feeling emptied and hollow from any kind of enjoyment in my life.
I was searching through youtube.com for some breathing exercises to help me with my running when i came across your fire breathe lesson. Which interested me and i shuffled through more of your vids and each one i found just as interesting. Especially the fitness ones, since i myself have being trying to get fit for a few months now. But has been rather challenging to keep that mind set each day. so i end up getting lazy…which is a constant battle in my world. I was strongly hopeing to be a student, in hopes i may better myself physically,mentally and spiritually.

i get fantastic benefits from your courses, and i love the series you have been putting together, i agree with many that yoga is a bit out of budget although it’s great when you pratice with a good class, your classes is something almost like having a private teacher i hope people realize the treasures you are displaying to the world
