Hi Gail,
So glad you found the reading beneficial and thank you for the feedback.
Peculiar you mention this vibration, etc. I have had a wide range of kundalini experiences, and the vibration, just as you are describing it, is something I have also started feeling over the past year, although not as frequently, consistently or intensely as you.
With Kundalini symptoms, anxiety, worry and fear can become a bigger issue than the symptoms themselves, so what I always recommend is to get them checked out by a doctor so you can have your mind at ease. Often the anxiety ends up creating more problems in the body, which adds to the situation negatively.
So get checked out, and after the doctor says it’s nothing…. believe him :-), cause we know after all it’s Kundalini awakening that is taking place, and the doctor knows very little about that :-D.
Let me know how it goes.

Anmol
hi anmol,
i ordered and received a wonderful numerological report from you recently, which includes the 40 day transformational program. i also want to thank you for your links to ayurvedic websites..there are 5 products: shilajit, zyx for hair loss, obeslim, wheatgrass, and ashwagandha which will be very helpful in rebuilding my health.
i am writing about another issue that has had me alarmed for quite some time. for at least 7 years i have had the sensation of vibration below me..whether i am sitting standing or lying down..wherever i go. sometimes it is very strong like sitting on a washing machine sometimes it is a mild vibrating sensation. sometimes i feel panic, sometimes i feel sharp pains in odd locations my spine, a muscle, my head, my chest. i actually relocated twice thinking that would put an end to it..there aren’t many people i would dare mention this to for obvious reasons..and no, i don’t believe i am losing my mind..could this be a symptom of kundalini awakening?
Anmol,
Can you suggest some exercises for hair growth ?
Hi Rohan,
Interesting thoughts. I am not sure if that has been my experience, but will certainly watch carefully to see if there is any correlation to mood with meditation practice. My motto has been to try and meditate regardless of mood. Of course this could be as I love meditation and am not driven so much be it’s results, but more so by the passion for it.

Anmol
Dear Nithya,
First focus on building your Third Chakra. this will give you immense willpower and help you see your projects through to the end.
Search for the following 2 sets on the website…
Core Abdominal Power Yoga Set
Yoga Exercises to Shape Stomach.
Both build the Third Chakra (and will benefit you in your weight loss efforts as a bonus :-).
Let me know how it goes.

Anmol
Hi Vijaya,
Sorry to hear of your troubles. Please do the following exercises…
1. Kapalbhati Pranayama (visualize throwing out all your negative feelings and thoughts as you do the powerful exhalation).
In addition, think of the troubles he has caused you as repaying an old debt. So now the loop has been closed and you are free of this obligation. Try, I know it is hard, to live with the motto, “whatever comes let it come, whatever goes, let it go”, as best your can.
Also, please read the article “True Purpose of Relationships.” I feel it would be helpful to you in understanding and getting value from your suffering.
Let me know how it goes.
Love & Peace,
Anmol
Hi Lisa,
Yes there are some advantages having to do with pressure on certain cranial bones, as well as containing one energy field. I will try to write about it in more detail when I get a chance.

i was wondering why it gets harder to meditate when you are happy than when you are sad. it seems sadness seems to be a catalyst to meditation while happiness seems to be like pouring water on a fire.
is it just like what they say about writing; that happy people dont sit down to write?
Hi Anmol,
Seeing this website I feel like I can find a solution to any of my problems through yoga.. I always believe in the power of yoga and meditation. But I am not able to put it into practice… I wanted to do rapid weight loss program… I started it many times. But I was not able to do it consistently for more than a week. Please suggest me some ways to throw away this procrastination and laziness and to consistently practice yoga.
Hi Anmol,
I am a 26 year old woman and I recently came out of a bad relationship. After that I am having problem focusing on things. I want to let go and forget about the past but I just cant stop thinking about him and things that he did. I feel very angry and upset all the time. Is there any meditation/yoga practice which can help calm my anxiety?
Thank you so much for this wonderful website.
Anmol,
Could you please explain why it aids, meditation, spiritual connections to wear a head wrap/turban. I know different cultures wear these but what are the spiritual benefits.
Lisa
Hi anmol,
Is there any meditation that will cure past life fears and karmic issues?

Hi Rohan,
Breath retention is a key aspect of meditation. The most important part of it though, is that when doing yoga, it should be done gradually, and when doing meditation it should be allowed to happen spontaneously.

Anmol
Hi Anmol
My problem is probably to similar to that of Mitch(Post dated 18th Feb, 2009). When I try Kumbhaka during pranayama, after couple of hours I get a feeling as if my heart is getting constricted. This sensation is only on the left side. Also i notice that this has some connection with vayu in the body because this sensation abides when I release gas :(). I use vayu mudra to expel the gas. Have you or anyone known to you had a similar experience during the initial stages of their yoga practice?
My second and related question is that I am doing viparita kharini. Can it be the cause of the problem? My body seems to be producing a lot of gas although me and my wife take the same kind of food.
