Aparna,
Doing the cat-cow, Core Abdominal work for the navel chakra and the 1 Minute supreme breath will all help overcome fear.
All the best,
Trupti
wonderful website, thanks for sharing your knowledge with the world :-)
I sent you an email around 5 days ago, and haven’t as yet received a response.
I suffer from mild eczema and dry, unhealthy looking skin. What are some yoga/meditation/other techniques for good and healthy skin – to treat the eczema itself, and to have healthy skin in general?
Hi Anmol
I ggot one more question sometimes after doing yoga I have ringing ears. What causes it??
I have been doing basic yoga for at least one year. Sadly on and off due to staying at work late(and frequent visitors).
I would like to know more about the pulse I feel just below my navel. I have read it on your website that it relates to fear. How do I let go of that fear?? I do have couple, death and ageing.Ageing because I know i have not achieve much in life….something seems to be missing. I feel incomplete. But I do have this urge to help unfortunate ones in poor countries.
Alex,
We have sent you a response in reference to your initial email.
Please observe caution when doing any kind of exercise. Make sure you read the Beginners Guidelines before starting Yoga.
Thanks,
Trupti
Hello Dear Sir,
I Need your help seriously, i was practicing some asanas,
but i tried to do full lotus overstraining and just damage, um,
i’m not sure but i think is a tendon or muscle located at the
lower back to the left, i’ve also got an injure in my hand, in the joint between the arm and the hand, now some kind of a ball has formed in this part, i can’t apply the pressure i used to apply when i press my hand against something, and 6 or 8 months have past sincethen and those parts always hurt when i get down i feel like
an acute pain, so i kindly ask you to give some kind of a
treatment for them, and i don’t to be impertinent but, don’t tell me to look for a teacher or something because there’s no teachers around who can help me ease my injure, but just know one thing: i’m not backing off just bacause of these stupid injures, i want to do yoga, i really want to, even if i’m not doing it right now, i will do ti with extreme caution from now on.
Thank very much, my apologies for the harsh words
God Bless You
Hello all!
I was just wondering if massage therapy can be used alongside Yoga?
I know it’s a bit of an odd question, but I just wondered because I really like massage therapy and I just learned how to do massage. And I also really like Yoga so I want to do both!
Thanks,
Anna
Jessica,
The following link will take you to the 4 part deep breathing pranayam exercise which should help in increasing your lung capacity for more efficient breath control.

Hello Anmol,
I thanked you several weeks ago and informed you that i had started practicing Kundalini yoga with your help. I have been going for about 17 days with only one day missed. I have found that following hernia surgery in November, i have not started to reach recovery until gaining the abdominal control learned from my daily (almost) practice. So thank you again.
I do have a question though. I have found that doing the Kundalini popcorn sort of impacts through my body to my groin in a way that is irritating (im still sensitive 4 months after surgery). So i substituted in the last exercise- eagle pose from the week 1 beginners set (arms extended with breath of fire). I do boat pose third in place of yoga popcorn and this one last (in the beginners second week set). I find it really fatigues my shoulder girdle and balances the Kriya (for me). Is this appropriate?
Hi,
I want to know what is the difference between the sudarshan chakra kriya and the surdashan kriya. I attended the Part 1 course twice for Art of Living and learnt the techniques of sudarshan kriya. I was also told that the kriya helps open and balances the seven chakras. Instead of saying, “Wahay Guru”, you say “So hum”. I do my kriyas daily and want to know the difference between the two kriyas. Thanks!
Hi,
Just wanted to know if you would be interested in exchanging links with my site on weight loss – Iamnotobese.com (PR2)
I am open to adding your link to any article page of my site in exchange for a similar article page link from your site. For instance, I can add your link to this page:
(PR1)
This way, both our sites can attract direct traffic in addition to benefiting from the link value.
If not, I am also open for a typical ‘resource page’ to ‘resource page’ link exchange.
Please let me know.
Regards,
Mike
I just found your website and I want to thank you for having the videos on line… and for giving so much of yourself to allow others to learn and practice. I just finished reading Autobiography of a Yogi and have become very interested in Yoga to feel healthier, but more to raise my spiritual awareness. But, I have a quesiton for you–I am currently reading “A Systematic Course in the Ancient Tantric Techniques of Yoga nd Kriya”. It is very instructional, but there are some of the asanas that shouldn’t be performed by someone with high blood pressure. My HBP is controlled through medicine, and I would like to try these asana. For instance AGNISAR KRIYA. Why is the warning not to do this for HBP? Any thoughts?
Thanks. Bruce
Dear Josh,
Great to hear about the benefits you are enjoying from the yoga programs and website.
Really do appreciate your feedback and inspiring comments.
Best,
Anmol
Dear Anmol,
I would have sent you an email but i figured my gratitude would be better expressed in the public section of your website. I have been practicing kundalini yoga everyday for the last 6 days.
I have been using your beginner program. I am finding that my practice quickly pays off as i swiftly improve in flexibility, endurance, and skill. In fact i have found that despite my calisthenics and weight lifting have only improved while doing the beginner program!
I find you to be an effective teacher and value your generosity. Thank you very much i plan on practicing daily within the limits of safety. I will post a comment at key points in my practice or if i have any questions.
Thank you and blessings,
Josh

Dear Anmolji,
First, thank you for the wonderful work & seva you are doing! May I ask a question? I have used the satanama meditation only a few times, but have had several really nasty misfortunes happen to me since then – surely this cannot be the cause? Or does it release old karma to be cleared? I used to do teh hare krishna mantra, as well as om namah sivaya. .
Namaskar
Dear Krish,
Try Silent Mind Meditation Techniques. It is the meditation I practice.
Best,
Anmol
Hi Dimitris,

Thank you for your website, very informative. I have been practicing yoga for some time but always have difficulty inhaling into back bends, mostly upwardfacing dog, it really makes flow yoga hard. Any suggestions for what I can do to improve this? I suffer from mild asthma and have a slight scoliosis. Om Shanti
Hi Anmol,

I’m thinking waking up 40mins earlier in the morning and doing pranayama before start my day so here is the question.
What excercices and in which sequence should I do??
Please give me a good programm to work on it. Lung volume increase and chest expansion is a must as well as relaxation which plays a major role when holding my breath.
