    Ive seen your demonstration on the breathing excercise but am not sure if im doing it right. I also am unable to do it for any length as i get breathless. So i imagine im doing something wrong! Also can only breathing help in weight loss? I read somewhere that it could?!

    I want to start doing yoga and lose all the weight i have and start to live healthy and will this video will be a good start? because i am just a beginner.

    I came to see this video in youtube, and i hav been doing it for 3 days…well i want to continue this to reduce weight. But for how long shud i do these each excercises`? and in how much time can i see results, i mean if am loosing weight. my aim is to loose 8 kilos. can i achieve it through this excerices? does it matter wht i eat and all?
