I think this kriya is very useful in weight loss. This information is especially useful to me since I have a weak nervous system.

I will uploading a video of Sodarshan Chakra Kriya soon too, but try this technique to build your nervous system. Start slowly though and build up gently over time. Here is the article link: Sodarshan Chakra Kriya.

I have a weak nervous system…the doctors have not been able to help me coz it is consitutional since i was little. I have been following your rapid weight loss video. pl suggest what kriya’s i should do..to strengthen the nerves..as i want to overcome this problem.

some 6 months back i had my baby through normal delivery. Due to breaking of stich i could not walk or sit properly till it healed (it took 2-3 months). And after that i gained so much of weight say some 10-12 kgs. Now i want to reduce it and look as i was earlier. Please suggest me what shall i do?
I have been doing this workout for 6 weeks and have lost about 8 lbs. This is pretty good I think, nice healthy rate of weight loss. I do this workout about 3-4 times per week.
