Iam Anis Fathima and I have been doing your “Yoga for weight loss” with my husband for abt 3 weeks or so.Recently I have been experiencing some discomfort and pain in my knees.Is it b’cos of the exercise ?My husband has adviced me discontinue the yoga for some time,but Iam not willing to do so as it has become part of my routine now and Iam doing it with a lot of dedication.Pls advice.
Nice Video… I have to shed atleast 20 pounds and i have to do it quick…within 3 weeks… do suggest ways of doing so… I am an Indian and a strict vegetarian…I dont have a sweet tooth so I dont eat sweets,icecreams, chocolates, pastries, etc…
