All Good Wishes,

Anmol,
Love your website. You are helping people who need advice on improving their well being and health. Keep up the good work.
Bhavin.
Hey Kenny,
Great to hear you are enjoying the website. The Kriyas themselves are all fully balanced and complete. If you do plan to mix and match exercises though, then use the guidelines I have laid out in the following article…
6 Guidelines for Creating Yoga Sets
This should help keep everything in balance. Let me know if specific issues arise and I will be glad to help out.
Thanks also for the helpful resource, I enjoyed playing :-D.
Cheers,
Anmol
Greetings Brother,
Thank you very much for your wonderful and informative website. Such a pleasant change from people who sell what they call useful or enlightening exercises, which turn out upon use to be less than useful and enlightening only in the sense of caveat emptor, or let the buyer beware.
I am curious if any of your exercises are contra-indicated with any other? I mean will practicing one lessen or eliminate the effects of another just practiced?
I am most interested in using the kundalini sets, but I enjoy reading all that you have on the site.
I find all your lessons very clear and simple to understand, and I am glad to have found your website.
Have you seen or visited the freerice.com website? I only mention it to help you and your other visitors increase their good karma.
May you be happy and thankful today,
Kenny
Hi Gauri,
I have replied to your email address.

Dear Anmol,
i am in urgent need of your advice. This is regarding my husband. He is suffering from extreme negtive thoughts & fear. He also gets panic when he sees heavy traffic. He doesn’t get sleep at night, sometimes the whole night he is awake & gets severe headache.
He is already in meditation practice (SRCM), practices
every day. also taking homeopathy medicine but past one month out of medicines.
Anmol pl. advise me & help me. You can write me on my email id.
Thanks & have a nice day.
Dear George,
You experienced a Kundalini Awakening, via the unintentional practice of Pranayama (Yoga Breathing Exercises).
You can read about many more such experiences that others have had in the following article…
Kundalini Awakening Symptoms
I suggest to start a yoga/meditation program to help you prepare the body for such energy experiences and also, to help you further your spiritual progress which has of course started off with quite a bang.
BTW: It is not unusual to experience a “mind-blowing” kundalini awakening event spontaneously as you did. It usually servers as an invitation to begin serious spiritual work.
You can start here…
Free Online Yoga & Meditation Classes
(Pick class 100 or 101).
All Good Wishes,
Anmol
Dear sir
Recently I had an experience that leaded me to find a specialist like you and suggest me what to do.A week ago i was swimming in the sea with my friends when we decided to play a funny diving game ,first we took deep breaths on the surface and then dived in the sea for seconds coming up again to have deep breath again and then diving again we played this game for about 2-3 minutes , when we finally stopped something happened to me that i couldnt explain ,i started feeling my head thoughtless and in seconds I started travelling in a living tunnel which lead in a very bright magical exit I felt my body numb my friends seemed worried and started shouting at me but i just couldnt reply I only opened my eyes when I reached the exit of the tunnel because i was scared .what was that ?was it an accidental meditation experience and will i be able to reach that tunnel again because to be honest I was amazed and still am .I m looking forward to hearing from you.
sincerely yours

Hey Kyle,
Great question. With regard to breath suspension either on inhalation or exhalation here are my thoughts…
1. Never use force in any breath retention exercise. Instead only hold for as long as comfortable and release before straining. Essentially developing your capacity slowly over time.
2. In meditation, breath suspension happens naturally and this should not be artificially introduced. It will happen when energy is needed to observe and comprehend via perception each and every thought that is occurring.
Hope this helps.

Anmol
Hey there, just wondering about the dangers or lack of …doing forceful pranayama which retention of breath like bellows breath or ‘victory’…In autobiography of a yogi, it is rejected as the bearer of negative physica,l emotional, and mental effects. What say ye?
Hi Chris,
Thank you for such kind words. I am really glad you are finding the website useful and I am happy to share my knowledge and experiences.

Hi Anmol,
I was wondering if you could recommend some exercises for weight loss. esp to lose belly and torso fat and fat in the arms. Have heard there are some great exercises in power yoga for weight loss and toning. Any asanas (power or normal yoga) you can suggest would be useful. Also, if i do start yoga, how long will i have to weight for the results to show…? thanks and keep up the great word on your site.
Hi Balaji,
Yes you can start without a teacher with the online classes I have on the website. But please follow the guidelines I have laid out. If you can find a teacher and classes near you that is also very helpful in getting your practice established and feeling the energy of a group Kundalini Yoga class.
Best,
Anmol
Hi Sandhya,
Sorry to hear you are having this issue. I have found that my site works best with the Mozilla Firefox Browser. Perhaps you would like to try that. It is free to use and you can download it from here…

Hope this helps.

Hi Ami,
Yes Kundalini Yoga is good to practice during pregnancy, although there are certain poses and postures that should not be done.
You can look for a good pre-natal kundalini yoga teacher near you, my wife benefited a lot from this during her pregnancy. In fact she liked it so much, she actually studied pre/post natal Kundalini Yoga and became an instructor herself :-).
Best,
Anmol
Hi there,
i just went through your website. seems really nice. but could you tell me if i can practise kundalini awakening on my own? or do i need a guru.
kindly reply.
thanks
Hi Anmol!
I am very new to your website and at the same time very keen to read and go through each and everything available at your site but every time I try to open a new webpage, I get a windows prompt saying runtime error and the page closes on its own. I really dont know why this is happening. I certainly would appreciate if you could tell me the reason so that I can rectify things at my end and access your website and all its pages without any problem and peacefully read through the contents.
Thanks,
Sandhya
I actually have a question. Is Kundalini yoga safe to practice while trying to concieve or during pregnancy?
