I have recently subscribed to your website. Whatever exercises you are recommending for weight loss,should it be done in empty stomach (i.e.,just after finishing the morning daily routine) ???
Should there be some restrictions to the daily eating habits??

nice to c ur site.i have L5s1 disc prolapse and im doing physiotherapy.i would like to learn some yoga to reduce my weight as well as my thighs and butt with this disc prolapse.

Do Breath of Fire with the exercises when possible. Do KB separately. So you will get the maximum benefit this way.

First off all I would like to thank you for all your effort during the last year. Furthermore I wish you and your family a harmonious and peaceful and yes, productive new 2011. I am getting more and more into Yoga and I discovered a personal Yoga teacher in my area I visit once a week. Unfortunately, my right wrist is starting to hurt when I do thus pertaining excercises such as Downward Facing dog. As most of the Asanas involve the use of my wrist, I am not happy with taking a break from Yoga in order to let it cure by itself. Could you give me an advise on what else I can do and what might have caused it? Am I not doing the exercises correctly or too much with about 40 minutes 4 times a week? Thank you so much for your time and consideration.

Eat right at the right time. Skipping meals makes us starve and crave for more. When we skip meals, tendency is we lose control on our eating habits and eventually miss the healthy diet.
My sister-in-law is starting a “hot yoga” studio in Calgary opening 1st of Dec – so much money put into it – she believes in yoga and how it helps the sole..
