I have been into yoga for quite a long time now. I am particularly fond of doing hand balancing poses, like the elephant trunk, frog stand, half lotus to crane, side crane and many others. As an exercise it is really good in toning the muscles and maintaining flexibility. I am interested in the meditation side of yoga. Could you give me tips on how to begin?
I share the same interest with friends from the Mentor club, they are the ones helping me out with my startup business.
