We are happy to announce the start of our Kundalini Yoga Class for Beginners. New Students are welcome. Info Below…
- Class starts at 11:00 am and runs for approximately 45 minutes. Please arrive at least 5 minutes early.
- Wear loose comfortable clothing. You may wish to bring water, a zafu or meditation cushion, and/or your own Yoga mat, although Yoga mats are provided as well.
- The Kundalini Yoga Class is held at our home studio. Location information is on our yoga CLASSES page. You may park in any available spot and there is plenty of parking. You must let me know if you are planning to attend as space is limited. Please e-mail me at anmol@anmolmehta.com to register or for questions.
- Classes are free of charge, donations are welcome.

Anmol Mehta is a world-renowned Yoga and Meditation Master with over 40 years of dedicated practice. Since founding anmolmehta.com in 2007, he has shared ancient wisdom with millions and certified over 3,000 instructors through his Yoga and Meditation Teacher Training programs.
