Survey: What are Your Top 2010 New Year Resolutions?
2010 New Year Resolutions
Top New Years Resolutions
When we entered 2009, we ran this fun survey and I thought it would be interesting to run it again this year and see how we are changing if at all. Below is the exact same survey as I ran last year, so lets run it again and then I will publish the results and compare them to last year. I think this will be pretty interesting, and I also want to see how these results change as we approach the new age (2012) and beyond.
Please do participate in the survey, all answers are of course anonymous. If you receive my posts via email or read them via RSS Feed, you may need to visit the website for the survey to work correctly and to submit your responses. Thank You.
Survey from Last Year For This Year:
Mastery of Meditation & Yoga now has a worldwide audience and readers span all continents and come from all corners of our beautiful planet. What is interesting about humanity is that regardless of where we live and what culture we belong to, we all share very similar problems, difficulties, desires and goals. This is actually a wonderful fact to contemplate and meditate on, as doing so would lead you to understand the concept of sharing a common human mind and would open the door to compassion and sensitivity, as you realize that basically we are one people.
Hi Mala,
Great to hear of your resolution. Here is a link to overcoming addictions that I think will be of interest to you.
Quit Smoking Tips
All the best,
Trupti
My resolution of 2010 is to make me grow within and try to be peaceful with life. I will also break my smoking addiction.
This year I am definitely going to focus on getting in better health, as well as meditating more. I think that spiritual and physical health go hand in hand and that if you are overly stressed and concerned with the here and now, you will have a hard time getting into greater shape.
